I arrived at the Dublin airport the 4th of june from Funchal and for a stop over before coming back in France in Nantes.
AER Lingus Company lost my bag.
I write them many e-mails but I haven’t got any answer.
For example: « 18 days since i arrived in Nantes and I receive no news of my bagage. This is a photo of my bag (brand Woodsun) and a photo of my bag drop receipt.
I complete your tracing questionnaire as well as i can.
I haven’t got any contact with a french carrier for the moment.
What’s the problem with my mishandled baggage?
i hope a financial compensation for the inconvenience
